Someone please help me! Please!
I have been having real problems with iDisk syncing - for the past two months it has been out of sync so I contacted Apple and I tried various different things before the guy gave up and contacted Apple engineers. They asked for some log files which I provided and I have heard nothing for the last three weeks.
Today I decided to switch off the iDisk on both my iMac and MacBook Pro, sort out all the files I needed and then switch it back on one at a time. Within 8 hours the iDisk was out of sync again. I cannot believe this.
At the same time OS X moves four files to do with syncing into the trash and they cannot be deleted as they are clearly still in use. The files are:
store-iDisk-remote.filesyncstatetree
store-iDisk-remote.filesyncstatetree-journal
store.filesyncstatetree
store.filesyncstatetree-journal
Apple don't seem to have a clue why an important service to me that I am paying £89 a year for isn't working - has anyone else got any ideas or have seen this before?
Thanks,
James
