They turned off the review section in the App Store. Now is it just for beta 1, I don't know. I hope it lasts through all the betas.

If they really did turn off the ability to rate apps while running a beta that's an awesome move. It was really stupid to see all sorts of 1 star reviews complaining it doesn't "work" on this beta blah blah. If you don't understand what a beta is, you shouldn't be able to rate.
