I'm looking for software to add sound effects to OS operations.

I want to add a sound effect when I copy/cut to the clipboard.
I used to be able to do this with software. Then my Mac environment lost everything when the storage media crashed, and I had to rebuild the environment. I can't recall what that software was. My previous MacOS used MacOS X 10.1 through 10.14, so that may be an old application.

Does anyone know what that is?
