I am totally new to Fitness+ and although I am familiar with the gym, I am an amateur. I want to get into shape (lose body fat, increase endurance, and tone muscles). I have a gym membership. I want to use treadmill, lift some weights, and use the machines at the gym. I have iPhone, iPad, Ultra Watch and Fitness+ subscription.
I can't afford to pay a trainer. Is there a Fitness+ workout that will guide me?
