iM 4,1-14,4 iMac 2011 Radeon WX1450

My iMac's GPU (radeon 6970m) broke down. I already bought a Radeon WX1450, and I want to replace it, but the surface on a radiator isn't flat. How do I solve this problem? Do you put thermal pads on V-RAM? And Can You send photos?
