Hi, I've an imac Pro with currently the 10 core CPU and 128gb of ram.
The ssd is not upgradable but a good TB4 enclosure make the job with a 4tb nvme.
Now looking at the cpu and memory,
I wonder what are the highest components I could install.
I saw the 18 core W2191b but I also saw the W2195 way cheaper. Can we install it.
Abou the memory, 256 is totally good for this, anyone tried 512?
My 128gb are very often full reason why I want to move to the next level.
Any recommendations?

You can upgrade the SSD, without a problem (if you can find the modules), and I believe the Mac Pro 2019 modules works as well.
The W-2195 will be fine.
The graphics is the only item you can not change in the iMac Pro.

Interesting. Do you have any info or link about the ssd upgrade? I thought there were some firmware and serial lock linked to the t2 chip of the imac pro.

Thanks. And is the 2195 the top cpu I can install or is there any higher cpu?
