I was able to export over 4,000 photos and videos from my iPad (iCloud) to an external hard drive using Image Capture on macOS Monterey. When I connect my wife’s iPad, which has over 2,000 files in iCloud, it shows only 6 photos in Image Capture. I’ve tried soft and hard device resets, and “keep originals” is enabled in Photos settings. Any ideas as to what may be the issue?
