iPhone iMessage and borrowing someones Iphone help!

Kind of a weird situation here.

I dropped my phone and broke it (android phone), so I'm borrowing a friends old 3GS. (ATT)

Anyways, I just popped my sim into his phone, and its working fine, however, I have a question about iMessage syncing.

Since the phone is still signed into his iMessage account / AppleID, will he be able to see any texts I send since he's using an Iphone on his account? Will the texts I send be pushed to his phone too, or am I ok?
