iPhone iMessage Sync (iOS 11.3) 4.7GB of data

Hello,

iMessage is wasting 5GB of my iCloud storage. I have deleted all conversations on my iPhone and on the Mac- But still 5GB of data.

On the iPhone iCloud settings it says iMessage: 4.7GB when I click on it, it says: 2.6MB.

When I deactivate iCloud iMessage sync the 4.7GB are freed. But when I activate again it still wastes 4.7GB.

Beta bug or do I miss a setting to do not store media data of iMessage in iCloud?
