iMovie n00b here.

Simple question: is there a way to batch change the duration of a still image "clip" in iMove 3? Or set the default duration before importing the photos?

I'm just playing around with my DSLR and stop-motion animation, and changing 100s of frames from 2mins to something more reasonable is just impossible.

Any thaughts?

Cheers,
D.

Changing the default duration of still clips
A still image clip in your movie lasts 5 seconds by default.

To change the default duration of still images:

1 Choose Preferences from the iMovie application menu.
2 Click Import.
3 Type a new number of seconds in the "Still Clips are" field.

The duration in the Time field is read as "minutes: seconds: frames."
