iMovie video quality issue

hey all ,

been making a Millennium fanboy movie with the latest iMovie updates and what nots but when i play the movie in the preview windows all is fine , when i export to ANY other format m4v/mov/mp4 i get one scene where it just messes up

any one else have this same problem or better yet a fix ?

What kind of computer and version of iMovie are you using? If the computer is slow it could be that its just trying to catch p with the video. Try playing that file (the raw .dv file) in Quicktime

Dual Powermac 1.8ghz 3gb ram 128mb gpu iMovie 6.0.1

resolved the issue by editing the scene in QTpro and importing back into iMovie - must just have been a crappy import
