iPhone In the iOS 11 GM was FLAC support added to iTunes or the Music App?

Pretty much sums it up, I saw on the specs page for the iPhone 8, 8 Plus and X that there was now FLAC support and I have been following the fact that people noticed FLAC files working in the file browser of iOS 11 beta, but with the GM I hadn't seen any updates. Would save me a lot of trouble of not having to convert all my FLAC files to put them in iTunes in the future.

It says that for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus too now, but you still can't import Flac files in the latest version of iTunes. Also, you were able to play Flac files in the files app in iOS 11 beta 1 and 2, but they removed that functionality ever since beta 3. Confusing.
