iPhone incoming calls and outgoing calls (iOS 13)

on my iPhone XS Max able to call out the first time and when I am people cant hear me all the time. I can't hear incoming calls they go straight to my voicemail it is since iOS 13 update, is anyone else having this problem or is it me doing something I shouldn't?

Regarding the second issue: If incoming calls get sent to your voicemail, did you perhaps enable the new "Silence Unknown Callers" feature in iOS 13? Or does every incoming call (also when you have the number in your contacts) get sent to voicemail?
