Given the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 is virtually identical to the 13, this is expected. You’ll notice Kuo doesn’t mention the 6.1-inch Pro or the regular 6.7-inch model.

But by next year, it is expected that even Pro models will ship from India at launch. This process has been greatly accelerated by impending Taiwan conflict. I would take made in India/Vietnam/Thailand iPhone over Made in China any day.

Who is "expecting" that? Keep in mind made in India devices are intended for the domestic market only, not export.

If you look at the grand scheme of things, Apple is adding more Chinese suppliers than ever before. Sunny Optical will be the largest supplier of wide camera lenses for iPhone 14. SG Micro is supplying PMIC. BOE is supplying OLED. Luxshare ICT is making the front camera VCM.

In the event of a conflict, where the iPhone is assembled doesn't matter if TSMC is offline and can't make any chips.
