Inexpensive TV tuner/PVR?

OMG are you serious??? i thought there wasn't a single tv tuner card that could handle it. What mac are you using? from what i heard there is always a latency problem when using a game consol

I have my Xbox hooked up via my Windows box, equipped with a Hauppauge PVR350, and after using a small registry hack there's no latency, so it's quite possible. Picture quality is worse, though.

Has ATI confirmed that they will release a mac version? If so, when?

They haven't confirmed it themselves Elgato is a partner for getting it going on the Mac.

ships at the end of january. i just got rid of my TV so that i can have one of these babies instead. more and more my mac is taking the place of appliances in my house.
