Infinidock won't work properly

I have infinidock on my iPod Touch 2g, it works until I go into an app. When I go back to the home screen, it won't work. The only way to get it working again is by going to prefences and changing the infinidock settings (like turning something off and then on again) or by going into "wiggle" mode. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

I can't move to the next page of it when I go into an application and go back to the home screen, when I restart the device and when I lock and go log back in.

The dock icons are supposed to slide left and right ii you have added enough icons to the dock. is This happening?
