Hello guys! I've been reading a lot regarding the best settings for quality photo/video to upload on Instagram. I haven't found a certain answer but I'm not really happy of the quality of videos/photo in my stories/posts. What is the best way for it?

4k 60fps or 1080 30fps? High Efficiency or Most Compatible? Apple ProRAW or not? HDR or not?

Tell me your best way to upload on instagram (Instagram settings are set to high quality already)

Depends on if you want to do some work in post or not. If yes, then always go for ProRaw/ProRes as it gives you way more options regarding white balance, color grading, exposure etc.

Otherwise it won't make too much of a difference IMO since Insta seems to compress images/videos pretty heavy and the differences in quality won't be too big anyway.
