iPhone Instagram Rewind not available on ONE acc

Hi,

I am absolutely frustrated, that on 2 of my instagram accounts I HAVE a rewind option and on ONE I don't!!! It's crazy, these accounts has same settings, I tried to reload instagram, to reset my iphone, I tried to reinstall, I tried to delete and download again... nothing. Please, tell me why I have NO REWIND option on ONE of my accounts and how to enable it, thank you very very much!!! :)
