Instagram videos stretched out (iPhone X)

Hello,

When I make a video with my iPhone X, and then try to upload it, I lose the left and right space, and the video seems to be stretched.
I also used the "clips" app to add text to my video, but also then when I upload to instagram stories, part of the text is missing as the videos get streched...

Is this a bug or how can I prevent this? I record at 1080p
