So some of you might not understood why i maked this Thread.
So some of you might have an iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.X or 7.X
So im gonna show you how to downgrade to iOS 6.1.3 and active your iPhone.
WARNING:THIS IS ONLY FOR IPHONE 4 NOT ANY ANOTHER IPHONE ONLY FOR IPHONE 4!!

You need to have installed in your Pc:
3uTools:www.3u.com
After getting these 2 programs go to 3uTools.
Connect your iPhone.
At the top of the window click on the tab called "Flash & JB".
You will see 7 tabs click on the "Firmware" tab.
At your left you will see a selection menu.
Click on it and select iPhone 4.
See the one that says "6.1.3"?
If not, scroll down to see more versions.
Click the green download button at your right.
Download the system package.
It should take 15 minutes,but it depends on the internet speed.
Now put your iPhone on "DFU" mode.
Now click on your left the button saying "Pro Flash".
Click on the button saying "Import Firmware".
Now select the one that in his name says "6.1.3".
So good so far!
Now,it's gonna try 3 times to search the SHSH Blobs as it dosen't exist on Apple or Cydia is gonna ask you if you want to force the install.
Click "Yes".
Now it will take some time to install.
After it's done nothing will apear on your screen.
But don't worry it is just rebooting to "DFU" mode.
WAIT! DONT UNPLUG IT!!!!
You can't still use it!!!!
If you try to boot it up it will not boot.
Before you can boot it up,click Jailbreak.
After that click the first option to your right.
No, don't click the one that says "iOs 5.1.1/6.x/7.x Jailbreak".
Click the one that says "iOS 4.X/5.X Jailbreak".
After some time there will apear a lot of things of the jailbreak.
But still don't touch anything.
Now it's ready!
WAIT!!!! NO NOT YET!!!!
Now click on the button called "Advance"
And now click on the button at your right called "Tethered Boot".
Done!!!
Now your iPhone 4 should be booting up to iOS 6.1.3
If you see a pineapple logo then that means you correctly installed iOS 6.1.3
If you followed the tutorial of the page "iPodHacks142"
You might have readen or watched that the iOs is not activated and you will have to do the "Tethered Boot"
to boot the iPhone 4.
But there is an Cydia Tweak called "SAM"
The source is:http://repo.bingner.com
Add that to Cydia.
After Installing this App you might get out of Cydia.
Do not click on reboot winterboard.
Get on the home page.
And there will be an new app called "SAMPrefs".
You now have your iPhone 4 Activated.
If you didn't get it,just follow all the thing that app shows you.
