It's a lot easier to reboot in XP than move an iMac to the TV.

ACtually there is a utility now for OSX that naitively shares music/video and photo's with the 360. Check out versiontracker.

Connect 360 on the mac is a universal app, and does the job very well.

However was wondering, does the media center edition work on the 20" or is that still a no go?

That application looks nice. However, it doesn't support video which would be my main reason for wanting to run Windows. :(
