I have an iMac and MacBook, both with Adobe CS5.5 installed.

Suddenly, my installed fonts are not available on all programmes in CS on my iMac. All is normal on my MacBook. Talking to a colleague and looking at forums I made sure that all fonts are installed in both the system and user fonts libraries. This made no difference. I then read that it might work to install all fonts into the InDesign Font folder in Applications. I did that and it did solve the problem for InDesign. Although why it should have needed this randomly I have no idea. However neither Illustrator nor Photoshop have a font folder so I cant do the same for them - and they remain with the minimum fonts. All fonts appear in FontBook and I have not had this problem before.

The only difference in the systems seems to be that the MacBook is El Capitan 10.11.5 and the iMac 10.11.6.

Please help - this is so frustrating!
