iPhone Installed Incompatible Tweak on ios 9.3.3 & can't access JB mode to delete deb files

Hi everyone I accidentally installed panoramapapers on my iphone SE with 9.3.3 with the pangu jailbreak, after installing it my phone restarted but I could not enter my lockscreen password. I put the phone in safe mode in the hopes that I could delete it from cydia but no dice. Fired up ifunbox but I cannot access SSH nor raw files system etc because my phone just will not rejailbreak since installing this tweak.

Can someone please assist me in removing this tweak so that I can go back to enjoying my iphone again.

Have you tried a hard-reset followed by safe mode? Not sure it'll work, but just trying to shoot some suggestions.
