Installer.app error message

OK, I'm kind of new at this, and already a little tenuous, so after I installed the apptapp installer, I keep getting the error message "unsupported url" whenever I try to installer the community services or any other app. What do I do? Thanks for your help.

Try rebooting the phone and make sure it is connected to the internet (try using iPhone safari).

That didn't seem to work. Any other ideas?
