Ok I installed Mac 10.15 Catalina and decided to install iPad OS. All instructions on the internet say use iTunes. However, iTunes is now gone once Cataliina is installed. Now I have to figure out to install iPad OS. I thought that once Catalina was installed it would have some obvious steps to install iPad OS.
Can anyone save me some time and tell me.

Devices now show up in finder on Catalina. Connect your device, launch finder, and your device should appear. You can then update/restore to the .ipsw file from there, the same way as you could from iTunes.
You need to hold the option key click on update and select the ipsw.
