Resolved Installing W7 Home Premium on more than 1 computer without family pack?

I have W7 HP with 32 and 64 bit versions, including SP1. I have installed the 64 bit on my MB, but I also want to use my copy on an iMac. It has only one product key, and I know that you can only use a product key once, but would it be possible (and legal) to do so?
