Windows Intel Iris 6100 Scaling Options Windows 8.1

Hi

I'm using the rMBP 2015 in bootcamp and I'm struggling to tell the difference between the intel scaling options in Windows 8.1. I see how the "center image" option work. But I'm not sure about the difference between "scale to fullscreen" and "keep aspect ratio".

What's the difference? And which one gives the best performance gaming wise?
