Internal SuperDrive

I'm looking to purchase an internal CD/DVD writer similar to the SuperDrive. I would be installing it myself. I am hoping to spend less than $250. Any suggestions?

Pioneer's drive is pretty popular and supported, Sony's new dual-format is used in many new Macs as well, check Pricewatch for prices (takes a bit of searching)
