I was just reading a post about how to tether your iphone to your mac for internet access. It seems to set up an Ad-Hoc Wifi connection between the two and then allows the Mac to use iPhone's edge.
I have also read of ways to use blue tooth to connect to an edge phone (i.e. BlackBerry) and then use the phone as a modem for internet access.
I have some questions:
1. What is the advantage and disadvantage of both tethering and blue tooth modem.
2. Can a Blackberry be set up for tethering. I know it can be set up to be used like a modem via blue tooth.
