Is this a bug? It happens when I unlock my iPhone 7 and press the home button. It moves he icons down half way on the screen. I can press and move them back up but I don’t know how I’m doing this action.

Is this a bug? It happens when I unlock my iPhone 7 and press the home button. It moves he icons down half way on the screen. I can press and move them back up but I don’t know how I’m doing this action.
Reachability is triggered by tapping (but not pressing hard enough to click) the Touch ID sensor twice in rapid succession, like you're double clicking on a mouse.
