iOS 12.1 need help

Hello I am trying to share photos and videos through the iCloud sharing and it doesn’t show up for me.

I don’t see the copy link icon in the sharing tab.

I just installed 12.1 and it still doesn’t show.
Is there something that I need to turn on in the settings?

You need to signed into your iCloud and enabled Photos syncing.
