On my iPhone XS Max I haven’t been getting the weekly screen time usage report on 12.2. I still get it on my iPad Pro 11 but not my iPhone.

Is anyone experiencing this?

I haven't gotten any since 12.2 either, on my iPad or iPhone. Usually every Sunday morning I would get the notification.

I've also been having connectivity issues (for the first time with the XS Max) since upgrading to iOS 12.2. My phone fails to automatically connect to my Wi-Fi when I get home. Cell reception is poor also in areas where I didn't have a problem before 12.2. Really hoping Apple pushes out 12.2.1 soon.

6 months in now and if you're not seeing improvements. It's boiling down to the new Intel chips (hardware issue) and not iOS. (I've seen floating around in other forums). Maybe next year.

Wifi is Broadcom - NOT Intel.

Just because there is an Intel chip inside, I am not sure you can blame all issues on it? Well ... maybe ... ;)

Seems to be ever since Intel chips are now being used or not playing nice. All I was getting too/at.

Noticing my iMessage app row/drawer is getting rest every so often. Even after changing the order I want it. Have to re-add some back to the top.

Not the best version for me. Settings app is very slow when launching. Often it starts with a blank screen or the screen is frozen for a few seconds. When I disconnect from external audio sources (i.e CarPlay or Bluetooth headset) and lock the screen, spotify starts playing.

Has anyone had this notification bug?

I think it has nothing to do with iOS, but the TestFlight app seems broken. I get notifications about new updates, when there are no new updates. Very often it cannot load my apps. I get an error message.

more problems with 12.2 for me requiring another reboot (I'm sure I'd only done one reboot in about 6 months prior to 12.2 and now I have done several!). Apps stopped scrolling at al, totally frozen. could open and close apps fine could close them and reopen but every app was frozen on one screen and wouldn't scroll up and down. Home screen scrolled fine so touch screen was fine. Thankfully fixed by remoot

Same for me.
Mine seem to have trouble paring correctly. One will be active, the other is in my ear,
But no sound plays. I have to put it back in the charging case and take it out again for it to recognize it should be playing music as well. Not a major deal, but new behavior since 12.2

For those having connectivity issues do a reset of the network settings. I do this after every update. Only caveat is you will have to reenter the passwords for wifi spots you've connected to.

It’s intermittent, but my email notifications disappear as soon as Face ID unlocks my phone. The notifications can then be seen in “older notifications” by swiping up. It only seems to happen with the native email app.

Battery is pretty trash on my iPhone 7 after updating to 12.2.

Battery details shows a near constant drain despite only an hour of intermittent usage. Been happening the last couple days nonstop.

I noticed a strange issue with text selection in mail app. Sometimes when I select a text then the magnifying glass doesn’t pop up. After that I’m unable to move the cursor to any other place by tapping anywhere on the screen (moving with 3D Touch works). Closed the draft and reopened it and then it worked again. I’ve seen this few times now.

This! It's my first Intel iPhone and I honestly can't say that I had so many issues with the old device. I might switch back to a qualcomm device....

Is 12.2 a dumpster for or what?

It’s a little buggy on my mini5 but I’d be mad if I had to deal with half of what I’ve read on my main iPhone. On 12.0.1 on xr still

Both of my kids have iPhone 7’s. Starting yesterday, after the 12.2 update downloaded (I assume) both of their phones have essentially stopped working. They cannot send or receive text messages. Calls immediately roll to voicemail. The connectivity indicator shows they are connected to 3G only (my iPhone X a couple feet away is on 5G). No internet, nothing. I am with one of the kids on a trip out of town (when all this started) and I reset her network settings and no change. Help! It’s especially stressful because we are out of town, so we have no way to communicate if separated.

Does anyone here have the alarm clock bug? I went from iOS 12.1.2 to iOS 12.2 using iTunes on a PC, and ever since on my iPhone XS 256GB (GSM) model was updated, the alarm clock app doesn’t play any audible alerts but will show on the screen. Checked settings of the time set and elsewhere :/

Had to use a 3rd party app as a workaround.

I still have keyboard issues. While I had the betas I’ve always reported them. Keyboard freezes sometimes for no reason or when I’m trying to switch to the emoji keyboard the emoji keyboard disappears again and i see the normal one.
