iPhone iOS 12.3 Call issues (Call failed message)

I am on iPhone X and just updated to 12.3, when I am talking with someones via normal call after 10-20 seconds I cannot hear the other person while the other person can hear me. I end the call and the phone gives me "Call failed" message. It gives me the same message if I try to call back the person unless I wait for 30-40 seconds.

Am I the only one?
