iPhone iOS 12 keep asking to sign in to iTunes Store

I’ve got this nasty problem of iOS 12 occasionally asking for password to sign into iTunes Store whenever I use 3rd party apps.

Can the usage of 2 separate Apple IDs from different countries cause that..?

I don’t see similar problem on iOS 13 though.

Anyone using multiple Apple IDs on iTunes Store care to share if this problem can be resolved...?
