Ios 12 killed call function of phone

I downloaded Ios12.1 beta and after everything works great but I can’t hear voice on incoming call or outgoing call and other person can’t hear me. So basically the simple phone is inop? Anyone have some help they can give me? I dowloaded to 12.2 today and still the same.
