It's real, everythingapplepro made a video like moments ago on this. I was halfway watching it, refreshed page and the video was removed.
Sadly, it is definitely fake. Dark mode is the biggest feature I want.

The way Siri was overlaying also made no sense and surely Apple would not be so lazy and just adapt iPhone UI elements to the iPad without any form of adjustment to its size
