It's been out for a week or so now. It's only offered via iTunes (or at least has been so far) and basically seems more or less the same as the 101 build for iOS 12.1.2. More discussion about it in the iOS 12.1.2 release thread.

That's what is worrying me that it is only being offered via iTunes. Why not OTA?
