I wonder if they're going to put as much care into the last iOS 13 versions before 14 comes out, since no devices are being left behind on 13. A lot of devices were left behind with iOS 12 so it had to be mostly perfect (and it's still gotten a few updates since!)

Nothing for iPad. Only iPhone

Try again, it's there for iPad (just finished updating iPad).

If Apple were not putting “care” into iOS 13 then they could have released beta 2 as final.

Still a C build interesting
Just means it was the third build of the day.

It was my understanding there is a separate group or team within the iOS team that manages the bug fix releases and if that’s the case, I would expect them to continue improving where and when they can.

I don’t know if it’s an issue of iOS or the apps but WhatsApp, Instagram, Friendly and Kindle are making my iPhone freeze or crash sometimes. Also in the previous versions.
