I updated to iOS 13 beta 2 version but the generic apps are not installing. The famous cloud symbol. I tried everything from checking in settings like switching off offloading apps, trying to re install from App Store and also from iPhone storage in settings and even erased and reinstalled as new phone etc. Still not sure why the problem and what should I do now. Uploading the screen shot. Any advise is appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Install the IPSW via Finder/iTunes. Then your apps gets installed.

I have the same issue. But never delete them, because you have to install the IPSW again.

I used the IPSW of Beta 2.

After the clean install you can throw the backup on the iPhone again. VOILLA: You have the stock apps and all your old data.

By the way: You loose nearly all Apple apps when you factory reset your iPhone. It‘s a bug of the current betas. There is currently only one way to get them back: Install the firmware new via the IPSW firmware file.

But you cannot get the „Activity“ app with this way. It‘s currently inpossible to load this app onto your iPhone.

I think basically you do the exact same thing when you install beta 1, just use beta 2 IPSW file (should be a lot easier to download now) and you should be fine.
[doublepost=1561177100][/doublepost]This is one of the reasons why I only delete stock apps that I am 100% sure I will not use for a very long time.
And thankfully I use activity app daily, so I cannot delete it. Out of curiosity though, how about watch app? Still cannot download in beta 2? I have heard that someone mentioned he could not download stock music app from App Store in beta 1. Is this still the case?

There is a method floating around online involving using a third party utility to install IPSW file without downloading Xcode under Windows and latest iTunes. Go and search for it.
