iPhone ios 13 bluetooth issue

I updated September 23rd and now I lost my recent contact call list on my 2014 Silverado anyone else have issue. I tried my wife's cell that hasn't been updated to 13 yet and it works fine. All I have now is a blank screen.

I have always had this using UCONNECT on my new Durango. COntacts are in my phone but contacts on my car are never there....or sometimes they are. Its weird but I think its my vehicle and not my phone. I had a Note 10 plus for a bout a week and it did the same thing
