iPhone iOS 13 bug; all apps don’t work, reboot required

Hi there,

Since a longer time, I experience the following bug: a couple of times a week, my device (xs max) completely acts weird, apps like safari become unresponsive or other hang at the launch screen. When this bug occurs, and I try to turn my phone off, the sliders are not working and are overlapping each other (see screenshot). Like this I recognize the bug. Only fix is volume up and power button to force restart.
I don’t know what can cause this, or which app is causing this, but it’s very annoying. I could try a format but don’t like that idea immediately. Anyone who has this too?

Are you low on storage space? Sometimes that can cause inconsistencies.

Beyond that, it does seem like doing something like at least resetting all settings if not doing a fresh reinstall might be in order.
