Not sure about others but I am having issues syncing with my MacBook Pro. Most photos are not showing up. Some can't be imported and last but not least very very very slow to sync. Many of the videos taken with iPhone also could not be imported to sync iPhoto albums.
I have an iPhone 8 Plus which I recently updated to version 13.1
