iPhone iOS 13 - iTunes Store Always asking for password

I've noticed that since updating my devices to ios 13, I'm not continuously asked for my password within the 15 minute window when purchasing from the app/itunes store. I don't use FaceID for this, anyone else experiencing this issue? Or is it my account playing up
