Hi All,

Hoping someone can help and perhaps give me examples of their setup on the issue below:

I have noticed that the new “Contact List” feature for Screentime on iOS 13 (on my iPhone 11 Pro Max) is missing.

According to Apples UK website the feature was released as part of iOS 13 and I should be able to manage the “Contact List” on my sons iPhone SE (also running iOS 13) by selecting “Screentime > Selecting my sons account > Allowed Apps” but it’s missing.

Ive done everything possible (turn off Screentime and back on, restart, hard restart, install iOS 13 from new) but no joy.

Is anyone able to access this feature since iOS 13 was officially released last week? If so, can you send screenshots please?

Thanks in advance!

Have you followed the *

The * is for “Communication Limits” which allows parents to manage who their children can communicate with and appreciate that will come in a future software update.

However, “Contact list for children” is a separate feature and should be available (it does not have a *).
