I can't seem to find it where internet sources say it should be on my iPhone 7.

I am assuming it's not compatible with the 7 and previous models? At least that's what I saw on one of these websites.

I thought the sensors between 7 and 8 are the same. So, now I am curious why Back Tap can work on the 8 and above, but not the 7.
