iOS 15.0.1 notifications not working after transfer

Yesterday I transferred the data to my new 13PM via transfer. Today some notifications are coming in slowly. Usually my notifications are almost too much.

One that specifically doesn’t work at all is the Twitter app. I’ve tried to delete, reboot, reinstall, make sure settings were enabled on new phone. All apps up to date.

I see a few others complaining about notifications in iOS 15.0.1. Is this a known issue? Do any of the 15.1 betas fix the notification issue?

This started to happen on my iPhone X, upon the release of iOS15.1. Got up this morning and I had no notifications at all, thought it was strange and had to go into individual apps to check (gmail/outlook, twitter, facebook etc) not sure what is going on. I'm so over iOS15 it is a cluster duck!
