Hey!
I habe a 3GS running 5.1.1 and I bought a iphone 4s with 5.0.1 on it.

Is it still possible to upgrade to the 4s to 5.1.1 somehow?

No jailbreak or something like that was done. I just want to play back my update from itunes 10.7

Thanks for help

You can only update it to iOS 5.1.1 if you have your complete SHSH blobs with APT ticket for that iPhone and they are for iOS 5.1.1.

Are you sure? How can I get this for a "future" iOs version when it was never installed.

So Apple does only allow me to iOs 7 version now?

At the time iOS 5.1.1 was being signed, it could have been gotten with TinyUmbrella. At this time, you can only upgrade it to iOS 7.1, unless you have your blobs as outlined above.
