Title says it all. Since updating to iOS 5.1, my iPhone 4 is no longer recognized by my MacBook Pro, neither over WiFi or USB.

To check to see if the iTunes 10.6 update had anything to do with it, I synced my iPod 5G with no problem. I also plugged in my iPhone with iPhone Configuration Utility open, and no iPhone appeared.

Anyone else having these problems?

I've restarted the iPhone and the computer many times.

Solved. I directly downloaded iTunes and just reinstalled it. I couldn't think of anything else that would cause it other than a bad installation.
