iPad iOS 7.0.4 iPad 3 Pinch to close Dock glitch

I can't tell if the update to iOS 7.0.4 caused this to happen or not, but essentially when you pinch to close in landscape orientation, the right side of the dock turns into a dark block/square chunk.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? And if so, were you able to fix it?

Known bug through all iterations of iOS 7 (beta, GM, 7.0.1 to 7.0.4)!
