iPhone iOS 7.1 Animation stutter

Hey guys I have this strange problem, if I open an app placed in my dock like safari the opening animation stutters a bit on the top portion of the app.. And also Sometimes the "x" above the apps, when uninstalling, appears half grey and half white..

Is it happening to you guys too ?

BTW I am on a 5S.

hmm place the music app in the right corner of the dock and try opening it a few times. Keep looking at the top of the screen..

I've had the IP5S and I have the IP5 now and I've never seen anything like that.
